comparing Watson and Taarabt's situation to Odejayi is ever so slightly over egging the pudding would you not say?

you've recently suggested that Fallon and Odejayi on the basis that they are tall, whilst simultaneously gloating in the fact that we've scored 9 goals in two games, and reigniting how many goals we'll score debates and digging up all the "told you so" posts about signing strikers, whist also simultaneously citing that signing players from lower league clubs like Cox is a mistake and insinuating that we should only sign players coming from the permiership.

Yes, we still need a striker. no, we don't need to sign an immobile striker because he is tall and can occasionally head the ball a bit.

At times Pete, you player suggestions really boggle the mind. Infact i'll go as far to say, that for as much stick as he get's on here, RFE seems to have a better understanding of decent strikers compaired to you. RFE has previously petitioned for us to sign Gary Hooper, Mikael-Smith and Aaron Maclean, You on the other hand want us to go for Rory Fallon and Odejaye!!!!!!!!

Watson and Taraabt arent first teamers at PREMIERSHIP clubs. Odejaye has been loaned out from BARNSLEY. Really REALLY doesnt take much intelligence to figure out the difference in class. Plus Watson and Taraabt are midfielders so not the best comparison to make.

Im sure Odejaye IS a target man, but deffo not what we need. I thought we're trying to be moving forward, not backwards.

He's also 27 so it's not that he is still young enough to significantly improve. His scoring record is poor.

One big difference here though?
Stats may compare in league 1 - but Beckford's not tried and failed to score goals in the Championship - the goals per game ratio for a 27 year old is shocking Pete!

Gotta love statistics.... How many goals did Agyemang score in a few games for us when he first joined? How many goals did HH score for us while on loan? How many has he scored for Watford?
