Phillips?

As far as I am concerned, Phillips was a huge success for QPR.
He contributed to getting the team in the Premiership, was good in that league too when given a regular starting place by Ramsay, and contrary to what many on here posted, provided goals and assists under CR/JFH 2 seasons ago too

Sinclair was a very good signing from Blackpool too.
