I think this is about the FFP and the deal we have done to avoid being fined. I believe if we show that over a period of time we can operate within our budget no fine will be issued to the club !! This means for a certain amount of time we need to run a very tight budget. Once that period is over we can go back to being mugs and over spending like the fans seem to want.
