we're playing great, but we'll know for sure if we're real promotion candidates come the end of december when we've faced 4 of the divisions best teams (boro, wba, sheff utd, brizzle) in the space of a few weeks. If we go into the new year there or thereabouts then there is no reason why we can't push on and claim one of the automatic places.
Its simple, all we need to do is keep playing how we are, but we all know rangers. :horror:
Sorry to pour a bucket load of water over things, but we aren't the finished article yet. Last month or longer has been great. As another poster said, let's see where we are in January having played the other big boys. Consistency is now the key and we need to put the so-called lesser sides to the sword too.
Injuries will be the key to our season. If Routledge, Gorkss, Buz and Tarbuck stay fit (and if Watson stays with us) then I think we can go up automatically.
Remember on Saturday, we only had Albert and Wild Thing on the bench as midfielders. We can't afford to suffer any more injuries to our big name players.
Confidence is great but let's not get over-confidence. Have been a fan of Rangers too long to get over excited. I don't want to put a downer too much. Last two home games have been very exciting indeed. Roll on Tuesday.
For me the key is being consistent and keeping injury free. I know it's stating the bleedin obvious but if we can do both the then there is no reason why we can’t be in the top two come the end of the season
Big Ade, nice to know we don't need Viagra anymore
The point for me is consistency and even the fans not getting on the players back if we play one game badly. For example it could all go pear-shaped if we don;t beat Reading.
I have to say even though we#ve had draws and got beat at Swansea, I've always been optimistic because of the way we have played. I'm gutted for Rowlands but maybe those players will see how devastated he will be and that will incentivise them even more.
I've had a tasty bet with someone in the q block we finish top 6 and I have no reason to believe it won't happen, added to this I think you can anticipate money being spent in January as they won't want to let this opportunity slip.

Thats fantastic news about january!Something ive hoped to here!
Pete doesn't know we will spend if we are there or there abouts.
Last season I think we got in a great league position but we didn't spend a penny and just dropped to midtable security. I hope this flav situation gets sorted by then.
