Lost season tickets

Had a nightmare today and lost my wallet, which contained my driving license, bank card and both mine and my daughter's season tickets. Can I get them replaced over the phone? Is there a charge?

Normal I think it's 20 quid but if you explain what's happened that might just give you a new card
