Yeah it may possibly be that,but dont know why they dont announce it before like other clubs do,not as if they have to pay him yet.

A pre contract signing is binding as I recall. The club used to announce these deals not all that long ago.

We are almost in July and as usual being told wait until July 1st and then it will be the window doesnt close until 31st August. This happens every season.

Lol what does it matter. Personally I've never even heard of him so scowen signing wouldn't get me any more excited for the season. Honestly qpr are no different from the majority of other clubs and maybe the reason we haven't confirmed the signing is because scowens agent hasn't signed the contract yet. Chill
