Seen him play for the U23's, definitely stood out, left footed winger who plays on the right, likes to take players on and always positive (i.e. attacking)

i like to keep up with our u23s as much as possible and tbh bowler has never really stood out from what i've read/watched, strange that so many clubs are in for him but obviously they know better than me so he must have something they like. always thought dan derbyshire was our most promising youngster coming up

Premier league interest doesn't mean he'll actually play in the PL. If Everton sign him what are the chances he'll actually be playing in the first team anytime soon? The leverage QPR have is we can offer him that, assuming regular competitive football is what the player wants to develop his game, which is clearly what he still needs.
