He got caught cheating and should be thrown out. The Mittals may take over when he goes, too much guessing and people claiming to know.

But he should be chucked out, if not then the FL are a joke and have no bottle
Straight back at ya with the are you joking with this statement question. And the statements about too much guessing itk comments.

He did not get caught doing anything, nor has he admitted to doing anything. He is guilty by association - by resigning (so Renault didn't get the book thrown at them) and was found "guilty" by a tribunal that addressed the charged without a full set of facts.

He has been banned for his actions in what happened. If he was innocent in the whole ordeal then he would have faught his corner and carried on.

But he walked away because he knew he has been rumbled. If he was innocent he would have faught it. It makes no sence for him to leave, if he has done nothing wrong, to save Renault seeing as they will not be paying him anything or covering his loss of earnings.

He is fighting it. Just because he's not having a war of words in the newspapers doesn't mean he's not doing anything. Haven't you read the news the past couple of days? He is suing the FIA.

Without wishing to be too rude - that is an utterly misinformed opinion, collected by piecing together bits and bobs of all the wrong assumptions by people thought to be in the know - and as has been very clearly established to this point - none of it is factual/proven by evidence and it wholly conjecture based on pompous opinion.

No single one of us knows the facts - and until such time as they are know (probably never) anyone making such sweeping statements in writing should ensure all their insurance policies are up to date and able to cover the legal costs of potential legal proceedings for libel.
