          To be fair it was done by Dave McIntrye. Even if we got promoted he would struggle to manage to put us down for two players

                                  Seriously.now, who else other than Smithies can claim to have had a good season?
                                  If they all had an appraisal system report done the vast majority would be at the lowest scale with comments like disappointing, ineffective, must improve or is not meeting the standards required and not likely to.


                                  Wyzsolek, Sylla and perhaps Hall are probably the only others that I would say have done well over the whole season, the first 2 have had stop start season down to the managers not utilizing them properly.
