Simple fact is if QPR have any aspirations or hopes of play offs/promotion next season, Jamie Mackie should be nowhere near that first team or squad. If we need to keep a player with woeful ability in order to improve work rate/player efforts/morale/club atmosphere then that says everything about the current management and coaching staff.
