Give it a break knocker, i havnt knocked those that have gone today have i, just feel we`ll be ok next season! everytime ive been to see us we`ve been pants for a few seasons before ollie came in, but i respect the ones who went so give over!

Nobody is asking for anything instantly, just want to see some progression. Not finishing 18th would be a start.

Ian Holloway lost as many matches as JFH did all season with us, in his first 7 matches. 6 Losses in 16 league matches under JFH, 17 losses in 30 under Holloway. Things may be fine, but they are shaky right now and we do need to evaluate what we expect from the future, if IH is the man for it and, assuming he is, how much we want to entrust him with. I want assurances from him that we won't see tinkering next season, because it is unnecessary from now on. I know why he did it towards the end here, but I don't like the extent to which it was done, especially when it accomplished very little imo.

This isn't about wanting instant success btw Pinkie, I think people are just upset that we're coming across very directionless and naturally, fans don't like that and they're right not too. If it looks like your manager doesn't know what he wants to do, how can you trust your own team?
