Dave, I don't blame the board. I blame the idiots who are highly paid to sort it out. Yes, the board appoint them, but these so-called managers should take the blame.

Maybe he's had enough? To be fair he's done exactly what everyone wanted. Rarely gets involved now and the day to day running is done by Ruben, Hoos and LF. Ollie changing half the team every game isn't TF fault.
