Says on the FAQ'S log in and spend online, easier said than done! I'm not phoning as will cost more than the QPR cash!

Bought a phone case yesterday. I had enough qpr cash to pay for it but as said loft appears easier said than done. You log in with your ST reference into that cave thing and then go into the superstore. However when you're in the superstore it appears you're no longer logged in and so when you go to buy your phone cover you then put in all your details from the start even though that was the reason I thought you gave your reference so they knew who you are. Once all details are in you are referred to payment PayPal, no qpr cash option. You could be anyone buying the item no benefit of being a ST holder.
