Seem to recall there being an article about his ridiculous wage demands for a new contract with us, so wouldn't surprise me.
I recall an article saying how he was happy being here and making more than he did in Holland at 12k a week. He also talked about the importance of securing his family's long term future so I don't hold it against him that he went to the money.
