Moaning and hindsight

When things go wrong i.e. player signings or managerial appointments people say it is easy with hindsight. Yet when some of us raise our concerns prior or shortly after we are accused of just moaning.

Equally, those who have a glass half full attitude, are accused of being happy-clappers or deluded. Don't take it personally, it's just the way things are on here.

Or how about just a sensible middle-ground somewhere between the two? Now there's another novel idea!
