Agree with 1st part, but I don't think signing him on a pre contract is allowed between English clubs.

This boy is a trier and always puts in a shift but f**k me he is not worth anything more then 1m tops especially with only a few months left on his contract, we haven't got much money to spend so we need to spend wisely so move on to the next target and forget him.
