Is this guy worth a punt on short term deal. granted was injury prone in past but getting a lot of games now and has always scored for fun. Natural finisher pace. Think reason for injuries in past he had a cyst undiagnosed on leg in which restricted movement and picked up hamstrings etc. Wouldn't cost a lot either.

i loved the big hoarding they had on the side of the road as you turned into huddersfield , a big picture of him saying " vaughan will tear u apart again " , just watching the football on 5 show , he scored 4 goals for bury yesterday , i'd have him in a shot

Maybe 4/5 years ago, not anymore. There's a reason he's in League 1 at a struggling side.

I did also notice he that the above mentioned player scored for Bury. Maybe we should bring in David(?) Vaughan aswell, he used to be good at Blackpool when Ollie was his gaffer

how much of a gamble would it be though , he's played at the highest level and is only 28 , can't be on big wages at bury

No, his goal scoring record is fairly poor. He had a good game on weekend but for an injury prone player doesn't seem worth a risk as those games seem far between.
