Don't buy it that he has been promoted because the time difference of the owners.

It's clear they are concentrating on other projects and have no desire to tie themselves up with this mess of a club.

Secondly, hoos has no authority over transfers but is responsible for them.

It looks like more cost cutting to me , I remain scepticle about changes that come from the club , let's hope I'm being over courteous , but cut above the playing staff would make sense tho
