Jfh was dull but points ticked over and I felt he was kinda like karanka at boro very slow process but we would of got in Prem through him learning and his players improving but Fernandez wanted results now even though in pre season it was to consolidate,now we have Holloway the players are not his style,we def play better football but now we gunna have to be patient with him and board need to because I believe he will get it right and the board will be right to get him,just back him with players now board cos it's only way,we have to have a philosophy for years to come of sticking with same style managers so we don't have to change players in windows to get a managers team

Agree with youre second part pauly but not on the jimmy part, think we were slowly on the decline! but hopefully we stick with ollie and get some new players in and get rid of some, me personally id get rid of chery along with sandro caulker etc

Well that's my opinion and we will never know now,club just need to back him now or get someone in who can work with these players if they don't want to spend
