    Realistic striker targets?

Who can we realistically target that might come in and score goals?

I see Rhodes being mentioned a few times on here but realistically we wont pay the wages anymore and tbh if he does drop down a division he's going to have far more favorable suitors then joining us in a dog fight!!

I'm trying to think of other strikers we could possibly look to bring in!With the wage restrictions in place now it's going to be heard to compete with other clubs who are financially powerful at this level!

I think we were linked with Fletcher at West Ham but I haven't seen enough of him to know if he would be a step up from what we have! Anyone else got any decent suggestions who QPR could realistically bring to the club in January on loan or permanently?

Time for Teflon to stand up to his title and search out a descent loan cos that's about as good as it will get ! That's if he's trusted enough by the board

        Garth Crooks fits the criteria.

Omar bogle, sam winnall or matty taylor imo. Matty taylor would be the best one to go for as i'm pretty sure he has a clause in his contract and is out of contract in the summer so we could get him on the cheap. Been tearing it up at bristol rovers for a few years now and has been a prolific striker wherever hes been. He'd be the perfect fit to our strikeforce imo

This isn't the time to pay a fee to sign anybody why would anybody descent want to come to us other than a journey man wer'e a struggling club no money at the wrong end of the table why would any player want to come to a relegation fight , no imo a loan is all we can get

We can't afford anyone established. So it will be a lower league or foreign player if we do sign someone. Loan wise can't think of any tbh what's Bamford doing this season?

Crouchy, even in the stage of winding down his career, would still be a level above our current options

Someone mentioned the young west ham striker - cant see them letting him go as he's their backup to crock carroll

Is Nugent getting much of a look in at Boro?

Lewis grabban at Bournemouth ain't getting a look in so think we should at least go in for him on loan.

Currently at New York City FC, but no game until mid March, so a potential short-term solution ???
