    No clue no hope

    entire playing staff is pretty shoddy.
    Coaching managment same.
    Board go from one extreme to another with no real plan.
    No infrastucture needed with modern game.
    Club is a disaster. In a lot of other buisness we be gone by now. The board havnt a clue how to run a football club.Its years behind in all levels and we being left behind.Football isnt a cheap thing to run.But if you get the right people in,put the ground ,facilities etc in you build a legacy that eventually prints money.

      The board even before Tony were trying for a new training ground, stadium. If only it was that easy!

              training ground is only part of package,its a total overhaul. plenty other clubs seem to do it.

                  Sad thing is not a single thing has changed since day 1 other than we seem to have stopped wasting readies.
