Dogs the big problem is Fernandes as he is the one who hired and could Fire Ferdinand if he chooses to.

There something in that ! he's flawed in that he's taken with big names and that showed early when he got rid of ee ba guum Warnock to bring Hugh's and everything dived from there H R and now ex big name Ferdinand

"You can't call for CR/JFH/IH's head yet, he's only had a few matches! It's not his team, he didn't pick these players. Wait until after january when he brings in his own players...."

Fckn sick of reading that line every year. Every year january comes and they get their players and still they're 5hit. A manager manages, no matter what players are there, they manage them. 5hit manager, 5hit results. Decent manager, decent results.

Incredible, isn't it. Everyone got swept away on a wave of sentiment. For the board it meant management on the cheap and Les stays in situ. They banked on the sentiment card.

              Only 4 games?
              That's 4 weeks of training.
What has Ollie done in recent years when in charge?
Sacked at Milwall and didn't he walk out on Palace? Could be wrong on that one.
Blackpool is his only claim in recent years for doing well.
All the players he has came to us with pretty decent reputations.
Get rid of the clown now.

The problem is not getting rid of him after 4 games it's that he should never have been appointed in the first place. You talk of blackpools great attacking football in the Prem, they were awful tactically and conceded goals for fun before being relegated and that was a long long time ago and football, like all sports, has moved on. Holloway and Bircham might, I repeat might, have been ok 20 years ago but now being passionate and shouting a lot gets you nowhere, which is exactly where we will end up.

I'm guessing you and several others on here really believed it's what we needed and clearly Fernandes and Ferdinand thought they might keep the fans on side by appointing so called fans favorites, another few games and the majority of those will turn against them both.

No clue and no hope I'm afraid.

The bigger problem is we are no longer looked upon as a good club to go to so Ollie is there and will stay there. You could not make up how badly mis managed we have been over the last 5 and a bit years and he needs help from the board to improve the squad. How valuable would Clint Hill be to him right now.
