It's the farking FA Cup! They should be putting on promotions and stuff like that to try and get as many fans into the place as possible!

Maybe the club will twig they have a part to play in pulling in the crowd ? Incentives like cheap tickets/free bag of chips/money off voucher for the club shop - anything - just get the crowd up and atmosphere lairy and we'll push the team through to the next round

Obviously the club have a minimum cost to open the ground, keep supporters and staff safe etc, but surely Sandro could donate a weeks wages to cover that ?

the crowd will be low for our poor show in the cups for years now , i would like olly to come out and say that he'll name his strongest 11 before i buy a tkt . he won't tho and i'll expect 11 kids / reserves on the pitch . when we get beat that will be his excuse . when the club start respecting the club putting out a team that try and win the game then the fans may come back

They have put on a promotion though! £10 for season ticket holders for example. Just not expecting more than 12k to turn up!

No problem with the prices, more that the club seems to have already given up on enticing the fans in for FA cup

Me and my lad (both ST in LL) will still go and sit in SAR even if it is sh!tty Blackburn, but I want Olly to be letting fans know he fancies a cup run, and the club to be marketing it like mad to get the crowd up and the ground jumping

Blackburn's best chance of winning is if no-one bothers making an effort - low crowd, no singing, play the yoof, R's go out 0-2

You couldn't pay me to watch us in the FA Cup... we must have the worst FA Cup record of any professional club this century. In last 10 seasons we have won just TWO FA Cup games. Our last win was an improbable win away to Baggies but we promptly and efficiently rectified that aberration by losing at home to MK Dons in next round.
Some might argue that in many seasons we had bigger promotion/relegation fish to fry and this season we ought to have a proper tilt at the cup. Maybe we will, but sure as eggs is eggs we are can safely book our holidays to commence on May 27th.
