The squad definitely lacks leaders. We don't have a single player who's vocal and barks out orders. We lack a midfield general like Derry or a leader of men like Hill. I'm sure Ollie will realise this too. It's totally ridiculous to start criticising him already - he's barely even got his feet under the desk and is still learning about his players and assessing the squad. Half the problem with this club is fans being WAY too impatient and forming judgments WAY too early. We just become our own worst enemy, let alone the opposition.
