In addition to a lot of injuries, We have also bought a new according to finacially sound budget. On a second note, I would say that 12 months are not an awful lot of time in football....

In terms of the modern game the patience shown has been exemplary, to the point where the chairman is prepared to back the manager despite the fact that the outcome of a police inquiry involving the latter remains pending.
Who knows? And that's the point. This new approach of building slowly could take seasons. If it means success, we need to realise that there is no such thing as a quick fix and back whoever is on that field playing in the hoops.

I can take this building work, but not with Jimmy anymore.

every club is building. Its just that we are told that we must be obedient and put up with the dross week in week out.

The only reason why we have put up with it for the past 6 months is that the owners are farking gutless to make a decision.

New strategy and continuity may not be dependent on any one person.
