Ludicrous waste of money not justified by results. At least half surplus to requirements. Enrages me to thing that we can't afford decent players or a decent gaffer but can find room for this lot, never mind the rest of them in the office. Horse well before the cart.

When Eddie Jones took over at England Rugby he deemed most of the 'support staff' surplus to requirements, concentrating on direct player management. The results speak for themselves.

To be fair, the guy is probably on around 30k a year a max, even if we cut him the saved money wouldn't pay Sandro's salary for a week!

I remember when Fulham went down, they made big redundancies to non playing staff which really killed the morale at the club. How much did that really save them? When we went down, I think we actually expanded our social media team. While we have problems on the field, I think our off field set up is actually pretty professional. The set up and support is there for the players, they just need to step up!
