I Think Rowlands career is over with us

There is no way his career is over with us. I've not known a more determined footballer in my life. He's overcome everything thrown at him and always able to answer his critics.

Of course, I'm hugely concerned for his career as a 90 minute, 46 games a season footballer due to the nature of his recent injuries combined with his age, but there is no way this is the end of Martin Rowlands. He'll have some part to play, I'm sure, whether it's as a 1st teamer or some kind of coaching role. He's given a lot to the club and us as fans and I think QPR owe it to him to stand by and support him.

He will be fit for the WC, but he chances of being selected now are slim to none.

That's what I'm more gutted for him about. Sure, he's a mock Irish player, but every nation has them at one time or another. This would have been the highlight of his career if they make it and I'm gutted he'll not get to share it. Ever since Trappatoni took over, he wanted him in his side and there was always something in the way. He finally gets a chance under the new regeime and mis-fortune struck again.

Look even without two injurys,if we make premiership and want to stay there I dont think Rowly would have been good enough in the top flight.
