Mainly point two mate. I feel, or rather I felt, that this was always a long-term project, and that it was our duty as fans to be supportive of this process. I also saw some real positives: the emphasis on fitness, the focus on young, hungry players, the pressing game, the players playing as a team, fighting for each other, as opposed to the previous regime. I thought this was worth defending, and I felt loyalty to him for these reasons. And I don't think constant scorn or extreme criticism helps. However, along with this sting things have started to unravel, and I haven't enjoyed the abuse on here from some quarters. So basically, sod him.Comment

I agree with lots of those points to be honest. Fitness has been improved and needed to be. The young hungry players though is more a Les and hoos and general club change than specific to JFH. On the team ethic, we hear a lot of good stuff but to me I don't see that much evidence during games that we have improved that much although appreciate it takes time.....although having said that our promotion winning team managed it. If JFH had managed maybe 2 seasons in league 1 at least or preferably 2 in the championship I would be more willing to give him time. But for me, he would not have got the job had he not been a big name. I don't understand why we should take the risk. We need an experienced head to manage us through this period of change. Otherwise, we're just more doing it in hope aren't we? I get annoyed when ex players, getting jobs they don't deserve and clubs overlook managers with better experience. Giggs is a great example, he's mentioned for few prem jobs but what has he actually done in management? The same is true of Jimmy. 1 promotion from league 1. To me, we deserve better. We're a recently relegated Premiership club with rich owners and ambition. We are not a training school for young managers.Comment

Nothing to gain other than the potential removal of someone from a senior position who's corrupt which is the entire purpose of the sting in the first place?
If they care so much about this not being a place in football and what they say is genuine, then release the full footage to the club and let them deal with it.
Surely, QPR saying "We won't sack him until we've reviewed the full footage" the telegraph would jump at the chance of this because, as stated earlier, surely the removal of these people and therefor the problem is their main cause of interest?
I for one think that if Jimmy is found to have done the things he did in the context it was perceived in the short clip then he can't really stay as the club will probably be put under pressure to get rid. However absolutely agree that this action should not be taken until we can prove it was in the context. This can only be done with the full evidence.Comment
