I think a one year rolling contract means that after a year either side can cancel or renew.

Not in any of our lifetime's does this clown deserve another contract. His tactics and team selections have strangled the life out of the players and punters alike.

Is it possible he already knows his contract is not being renewed?

If it is not being renewed get someone in now as no point wasting 8 weeks on this manager when you know he is going. If we leave it too long it could leave us in a very bad way.
