Where did I say his was an amazing performance? I said he conducted himself well in light of the silly abuse thrown at him.

Abuse is the wrong word. Stick, much of it friendly, was what I meant. I was laughing. He took it in good part. He gets credit from me for that. His goalkeeping deficiencies aside, he's always struck me as a nice man, unlike many other footballers, and I think, on the whole, he was a good player for us. He's invested much of his dosh in London property over the years, so I can't imagine he's playing for money.

Totally agree, Jimmy. He wasn't always cr@p for us, but I'm glad he's gone. Our pair of goalkeepers now is one of the best pairings in the league now IMO.

If that word in stars is WA.NKER, you're wrong mate. Everyone was chanting "Greeno is a RANGER", due to the fact that his error led to the first goal.
