We are limited in what type of manager we can get due to the fact of having a dof.

Jimmy has 10 games next season to show us what he has got.

If its more of the same dross that he has been serving up until now, then i will call for his head.

main point for me was that Ramsey had lost the fans. Once that happens, it becomes almost impossible to turn that round. Was inevitable.

Have always felt a pre-season is vital for a manager, so would always hold back on fully judging before they have had one.

JFH got a point or more in 76% of his games in charge this season (so far) - 23% loss rate.

Ramsey got a point or more in 60% of his games - 40% loss rate.

Fair play that JFH has drawn a lot but the positive is we are losing less and that is something to build on.

I think at the same time, consider that we have become "draw specialists" but as you say, at least we're not losing. We're showing that we can grind out results and with the right pre season, we can do quite well next season.

absolutely mate, the best teams take anything over a loss. And the fact that we've scored 5 winners/levellers in the last 5 minutes since he's come shows that we aren't giving up, but we also have a generally good record of coming back from losing positions. Something he does need to improve on is that the players tend to lose focus if we're in the lead for long periods of time. 6 times now we've been in front for about 30 minutes or so at least and we lose the result because we couldn't hold on. We even scored a couple of times in the last 5 minutes or so to level it and then conceded a few minutes later because we were so focussed on attacking that we didn't support the defence. If we can get concentration up to a max over 90 minutes along with fitness, we should be sorted really.

I think the best game of the season was Wolves. Whilst Ramsey had a higher loss rate he also had a higher win rate. After this season has finished I think it is the wins we will remember not the draws

Yep and I will remember the 3-0 beating of Brentford more than anything else.

Best game only because we didn't know how to defend for 25 minutes or so. Brentford all day for me as Mush said. I even prefer the Derby win.

In 47 years of supporting the club, Ramsey is probably the worst manager I've seen.

Agree with that don't see things improving we will probably miss out on one or two managers that are available at the moment who will be snatched up in the summer, we will never learn.

I didn't get the impression with Ramsey that he knew what he was doing and was in control of the situation. He needed to spend some time ie. 2-3 seasons in the lower leagues to gain experience not just jump straight in to manage a premiership club.
