While I have been very impressed with him this season I can't shake the feeling that he's playing to get himself in the shop window. I reckon I'm not alone in that either.

Bled the club dry and his performances fro the main have been shocking. Stepped up this season and won't take that away from him but imo quite clearly knows he is off and playing for a deal like this. Be interesting to see if he can keep his performance levels to the standards he set this year when he is sitting on another 3 or 4 year high earning deal.
