Comparing Jimmy with the PE teacher and Lord Warnock.....

Record under the PE teacher and Lord Warnock

    P19 W7 D05 L07 F24 A25; 26 points

    Record under Jimmy

    P19 W5 D10 L4 F23 A18; 25 points.

Not much in it, is there? Not being beat so much is good, but drawing so many rather than winning a couple of those draws isn't good. But...... What do folk think?

I think JFH is a way better manager who can only get better, the club is in limbo atm because of our transitional period and JFH is simply doing the best he possibily can at the present moment. Difference is, Ramsey had lots of "class" players at his disposal but it meant sh*t whereas JFH has a mediocre and thin squad at his. Each performance under JFH encourages me more that we can actually play as a team rather than as 11 players which did my nut in under Ramsey, there was no clear direction with our team under him. The team seems a hell of a lot more consistent and unified under JFH and can only get better and I for one am looking really forward to next season when JFH can really assess his options with the squad.

Sorry if this was difficult to comprehend, wrote it on my phone and drunk but still ... come on u rsssss

I'll have what you're having. Makes much sense. But Jimmy had the useless Fer too.

Not difficult to comprehend at all, you make perfect sense. The OP is specious. In many ways, it's a pointless and fruitless comparison, for the reasons cited above. The anti-JFH movement is now attempting subtlety it seems.

I have a lot more hope for the future under JFH than I ever did under Ramsey, we have a ways to go but I'm starting to trust JFH might have a clue, I never felt that under Ramsey and he had time! Warnock is another discussion, he obviously can get the best out of teams he coaches, whether he was the right guy for us right now is questionable!

Jfh hasn't had chance to build his own squad and he's already made us harder to beat and certainly defensively superior. Let's not also forget the "pe teacher" had Charlie Austin to thank for the vast majority of their points

Ramsey also had "2 goals per game " Green between the sticks whereas JFH has a much more consistent keeper with regards to both ability and confidence.

Smithies was available for Ramsey to pick all season.

I think it's a massive improvement. Most can see that but people have different opinions I accept.

There was huge W ankfest over how great Green was amongst fans how he pulls of great saves etc etc had Ramsey dropped him, and he should have, it would have been another thing to beat him with even though it would have been correct thing to do. At the time I'm guessing 90% of fans bizarrely would have still selected gutless as no1 so not sure can tug Ramsey for doing so
