    New transfer policy

    QPR fans,

I've noticed that your club now has a transfer policy of signing up-and-coming players from Leagues One and Two, rather than the mercenaries you used to go for. Written an article about this - http://www.TheFootbalLab.co.uk/2016/...qpr-evolution/ - would be interested to get your thoughts.

Is there a better structure at the club now and do you think you will move forward under Hasselbaink? Having seen his Burton side a few times I think it's a good appointment, he gets players working hard for each other. Good luck for the rest of the season.

I don't like people who state the obvious, it's clear to see what we're doing. No need for articals on it
      Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
      And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

Was hardly stating the obvious. I've said I think the club is right to target lower league players, others might disagree.

I like his signature, it's his attempt to validate acting like a kn ob on the regular here.

Yes I like anyone who spells apparently 'apprently' on a signature so it gets repeated time and time again

Welcome Gabriel. Well written article and I'd say it's a pretty accurate assessment. Who do you support out of interest?

well gabriel it all depends on how you look at it i guess ,if you remember charlie austin he was a lower league player with enormous desire and in his desire we wered a team of lions and had fight, where as player we brought in for big money didnt seem to have desire
but the jury is out untill we see something from les imports that would indicate that we could go up
we dont want to spend the rest of our life in the lower divisions we are all a bit confussed,so i dont know how to answer your post really its all about us merdering our nexy five oponents or else we will turn on evil les, under neil warnock charlie austin ,sandro ,leroy fer
were all superstars and warnock had us two points off the play offs we now look hopelessly adrift in the middle of the table so your post is extremely difficult to answer, also you are a new poster so we are suspicous that your a les ferdinand friend we are all a bit paranoid untill we see results but lets see how we do in the next few months, then we all will have a clearer picture

Have to laugh when someone criticises you for writing an article and can't even spell 'article'

I like the title - and better than that, not much chance they will make a movie out of it because it's a sensible model rather than the circus we previously were

Although he's getting slated, i actually agree. look at the signings - fairly obvious whats going on.

Think an article is pushing it......he's written a few words on a football forum.

Not sure it's a new policy I think it's more an issue of cutting our cloth? parachute payments going down next year also still the threat of a big fine hanging over us with FFP and the owners need to try and put the club on a even footing, don't look like our board want to throw cash around any more (Can you blame them?) as they've done in the past, Also haven't had the money in they thought they would get from Austin, Phillips, Fer, Sandro and a few others probably, they were looking at getting maybe £30M + which hasn't materialised
