Yep me too was so pleased they lost yesterday, bought the tickets weeks ago and forgot about the cup being on this date as well.

I held back until the cup result was known and have booked the 10am to Horwich Parkway via Manchester just now and the prices are still pretty decent

Dont go via Preston though as it costs a lot more

Booked my train tickets 6 weeks ago,mind you it only cost £20 return for me and the lad so was well worth the gamble.assuming tickets will be on sale sometime this week.
