Phillips = £6million bid rejected last week, don't think he would have joined Boro anyway but any bids come in this week need to cash in. Sandro = could shift him abroad, if we put him up for sale for £1-2million. Fer = Make him available for £2.5million and would shift him this week.

I'd be looking to offload all those mentioned plus Konch and hoilet. In reality we need more time to be able to do this in the summer. It's such a big rebuilding job we might have to do a keep the players mentioned now unless we can finally bad suitable replacements in a week .
