I don't think you are understanding the OP mate. The request was to look at the most talented 11 not the most in form 11. If all players were at their full potential, that team would be the best in this division. Unfortunately they aren't and I certainly wouldn't pick that 11 right now to start.

Agree with this. Think Nas has gone down the route of individual stats and "name" players rather than the contribution to the team. Nas claims Fer is a level above every single player in the team when I'm guessing most fans would say Hall has been our best player this season. Fer hasn't shown he's the most talented player we have. If he's a good as he's made out, he'd be storming this league, but he hasn't. Same with Sandro.

Again, this is about player's playing to their potential, not about form.

Polter is playing out of his skin right now, Konchesky has no reason to be dropped especially as Yun is non existent again, Green is all but gone and Hoilett has been superb.

You could argue, until Conor has settled in our best team on paper as it stands is this:
