That's how most clubs work now to be fair. the board have final say on transfers, not the manager.

Should the club risk serious money on a potential AT Mk2? If a player's got history, apparently like JB and JET had before they came here, shouldn't we say enough's enough and not go anywhere near these types of players? That's probably the only thing that HR got right when he bombed AT out of Spurs.
