not saying he was the answer? we we won under him something JFH has failed to do yet in 8 attempts and I bow to your greater knowledge !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Originally posted by West London is Rss View PostIf people honestly think Warnock is the answer again in 2016 then it really does show the lack of footballing knowledge of this forum.
I'm sorry but it's time to move on.

you wont get a serious response though as people still mention francis coming back from time to time.
We have a young promising manager...... which everyone seems to demand before. 8 Games and people throwing their toys out.
I just do not understand where this belief that we should be getting promoted or at worst case play off's this season. What is this belief based on? a pi$$ poor league campaign last year?

Exactly, everyone wanted a young upcoming manager not a "name" and we got one, and now eight games on it's time to get rid of him? I honestly cannot believe some of our fans! Ridiculous.Originally posted by Ramsey is god View PostSpot on!

Expectations? The same squad that got relegated 20th last year and not just relegated, well and truly relegated were going to go up via the playoffs - I think a lot of our fans need a reality check, don't get me wrong, the fans aren't the only ones to blame, the owners and board need to be realistic too and not change their minds during the course of a season.
There's a difference between us and the teams at the top of the table, they are all stable, well run clubs. A couple of seasons in the Championship, building a squad, not a team with a philosophy that anyone coming into the club can relate to will not do us any harm in the long run, if that's what we want to think about, the long term future of QPR.

Yes. Iif he did that he'd get my backing if we kept losing. But he won't. It is what it is.Originally posted by brightonr View PostWhat a superb post !!
Still can't believe I'm seeing some people suggesting that it's all down to JFH, not being able to turn the lazy, disinterested wasters into world beaters within a couple of months.
Our players have had it far to easy for far too long. The one thing I'd like to see JFH do differently more than any other is to give each and every one of them a proper public dressing down when they deserve it. I'm sure there are those that will think that's no way to get the best out of them. But everything else we have tried has failed. Time to get tough.

It's clear that JFH needs some time, he is not going to get results overnight. Our squad consists of a number of unfit and mentally weak players and that is why we have conceded so many goals towards the end of the games.
Fitness levels have been an issue since we were first promoted, with the arrival of the billy big spuds players who didn't want to listen to Warnock or the fitness coaches and just wanted to pick up their pay cheques to Harry and his hands off approach to training and fitness. A lack of fitness training and preparation has become embedded within the club and it is not something that will change over night.
When JFH has had a chance to change this culture and to turn around the fitness levels the mental part will come with that, the fitter the players the more mentally resilient and the less likely to make individual errors that end up costing us time and again. Now is a time for transition and patience, it won't happen over night but the seeds are starting to show. The team looked better in parts last night and Seb had a cracking game, I predict he will be one of the heroes of this season.

He has done nothing to inspire me and is again saying the team is doing the right things and if this carries on , the win will come. WTF. at this rate it will take about 12 games for his 1st win.Originally posted by maidstone_hoop View PostIt's pathetic... Really beyond a joke now and this letting goals in in the last few mins is just getting on my ####.
What has jfh done so far to show that he's the man for the job. Am extremely worried for us under this guys leadership.assige rebuilding project and we give the job to this novice and look what's happening.
F***ing joke
Why did he wait so long yet again before putting on a sub? He has done this before, including at Ipswich, were the team were hanging on to a 1-0 lead and crying out for fresh legs.
Faulin and Henry in CM for 90 minutes. No striker to bring on. If Austin is really unfit, then QPR should hurry up and sign a striker either on a permanent deal or on loan.
QPR need to win games and 4-2-3-1 is NOT working.

The same things were being said when Ramsey took over. then it was give him time and let him bring in his own players. they did that in the Summer and still we saw crap performances and results. Now we are going to go through this again with JFH.Originally posted by Maidohoops View PostIt's clear that JFH needs some time, he is not going to get results overnight. Judging from the results and performances during his spell as advisor and caretaker manager, he would have kept this team in the top half this season and maybe , just maybe flirted with the play-offs as opposed to dropping into a relegation battle.
Warnock was not the long term answer, but from what we have seen in the last 8 games, JFH is not either.
Yes the players maybe unfit, in which case I will ask why did he wait until the 88th minute to bring on a sub? he did the same at Ipswich. I guess we should be thankful they got a point last night!

84 minutes to go and 1-0 up so maybe he thought they'd last out for the last 6 minutes which, barring a mistake from the young keeper we may well have......Originally posted by stanistheman View PostYes the players maybe unfit, in which case I will ask why did he wait until the 88th minute to bring on a sub? he did the same at Ipswich. I'm not defending Ramsey but he started to bring in players to replace the likes of Austin, Phillips, Fer, etc. When those players couldn't be shifted he was stuck with a a fair few players that weren't going to play as much/often as they probably originally thought so / were told.Originally posted by stanistheman View PostThe same things were being said when Ramsey took over. then it was give him time and let him bring in his own players. they did that in the Summer and still we saw crap performances and results. In short, Ramsey was royally stitched up IMO and we are back with a squad that is clearly not together.

In fairness, Ramsey was tasked with building a squad to sit exactly where we currently are. Then a few high earners didn't leave and everyone expected us to get promoted...Originally posted by Shepherds Mush View PostI'm not defending Ramsey but he started to bring in players to replace the likes of Austin, Phillips, Fer, etc. When those players couldn't be shifted he was stuck with a a fair few players that weren't going to play as much/often as they probably originally thought so / were told.
