As someone has stated give the 4th champions league place to winners none of the prem teams will be putting out weak teams then,and then if one of the top 3 wins it give it to the other finalist
4th CL spot would never happen. 1st argument the anti crowd (aka PL and Richard Scudamore) would say is: you win 6 games in a row and you get a CL spot, yet in the league you slog thru 38 games to win the same spot?
