Chris Ramsey - new TV pundit?

Came across very well on MOTD2 last night. Shearer looked impressed with his intricate knowledge of in-game play

Done well. Very knowledgable about the game. Lovely guy too.

    Just not a football manager.

You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.

No, he isn't. Just out of his depth as manager for us, should have not been retained beyond the end of last season: whoever ignored the obvious and instead offered him a new contract are the real "caaaants".

He's a very intelligent guy. Unfortunately, most footballers tend to be the opposite.

Hence, Warnocks "fix bayonets!" approach to championship football worked straight away in comparison.

The classic difference between a "manager" and a "coach".........

He needs to improve his body language, didnt come across as a guy who can take control of a situation. One of those intelligent types who dont speak unless spoken to. Definitely not management material, top bloke though.

saw nothing on match of the day to make me feel he was a good pundit , pull any ex footballer , coach or manager and they could have given similar answers as chris . he said he'd been in the game 38 yrs , thats a long time . his tactics still baffled me , his team selections and why he let SWP come on at man city so the etihad could clap him whilst we were paying his wages . listening to ramsey and shearer last night two very dull men
