Think the comments are being made because les has been so vocal about ethnic managers being given a chance we just hope that he's looking at the bigger picture and at experienced managers who have been successful in this league previously.

Except for the fact that Sociedad have one who he is happily working under at the moment. I really don't get why everyone just makes assumptions that big managers won't work with a DOF.
