Didn't they refuse to meet Briatore's asking price, from memory weren't the parties in the region £30m apart resulting in TF stepping in.
If that is correct, can't see them now meeting whatever inflated price TF would offer especially as the club is on and off the field a lot worse off than when last on the market.
Also the problem of all these "right offs" great for the look of balance books and might avoid a hefty fine but no businessman however rich rights off £60m without wanting it back, so all that will happen is the ghost debt artificially inflates the price of the club.
Can't see anyone wanting to buy us at present but all hypothetical.Comment

The Mittals have 33% of the club shares, so if they opted just for the major share holding of the club, it will not be impossible. Another 18% will give them the major shares.Comment
