We need to be proactive and look to attack teams from the start. Right now, we're almost expecting to concede every game and then react like headless chickens playing catch-up.

- Gotta drop Onouha as there are too many errors
- Gotta drop Henry as he's a Div 1 player at best
- Green is too negative and fallible

I would give the below a try - I mean, can't be worse than CR's current mentality.

Going back a few weeks that looks like our reserve team, no perch or konchesky for Me in the side bring in Kpekawa and recall ferlong

I agree with Furlong coming back, Konchesky hasn't been too bad although if we realistically wont get promoted this season then I want young players to be given their chance. Fer needs to go as does Phillips. Take the money and bring in players who will have more energy and so we can build a team.
