Phillips was basically binned by Redknapp and when Ramsey took over Phillips thrived and was quoted as a £10m player, so don't know what's happened, confidence maybe who knows.

I do. He is a right winger best suited to play in a 4-4-2 system where his role is to get crosses into the box and ghost in to the box every now and then during a game.

this is how he was effective last season under Ramsey. He is not suited to a 4-3-3 system, which is where Redkrapp occasionally played him last season.
