Disgraced F1 boss Flavio Briatore has revealed his wife is expecting a baby.
The billionaire, banned from the sport earlier this month after he told one of his Renault team drivers to crash so the other could win, said his child with model Elisabetta Gregoraci, 29, is due in spring.

'I am living a very emotional moment,' the 59-year-old added.
