Add Samba to that list, Austin does not suit the system we are trying to play but to everyone's amazment, we can't shift him We need pace, power , movment and good hold up play for that role, these are skills he can add to his games if he stays?

That with the depth in midfield once everyone settles and we will be fine!

4-4-2 with Polter and Charlie A will work!!

Wycombe is Ainsworth's first proper managerial role, and he has turned them from.relegation fodder to challenging at the top of League 2 in the space of a couple of seasons, all on a budget less than a shoe string. I'm sorry but "not done much" is absolute bollarks. Wycombe will win the league this season, mark my words.

Can't change the Ethos of a club for one player, he gets injured, then what? Players have to fit into the system, and 442 isnt the system, the whole is bigger then the parts, sounds a bit rude, but you get my drift, lol.

We want shot of Austin, but this is a test of wills, that will determin the new culture, if we say it, we mean it! So we shall see, Austin could ask for a transfer but if we are nieve enough to think he hasn't asked out of loyality we are nuts, I suspect a loyality bonus is involved?

We might end up doing a swap deal plus cash, if we do, no shame in that, as long as we get players that fit the system and not dudes like we did with Tricky Trevor.

If Austin was to ask for a transfer we could drop the asking price a bit as he would lose his % of the transfer fee but you know how these hero's pockets work they want the move and they still want their cut and still complain the fee the club wants is to high for them to get their move it's called cake and eating it

I think people are just worried because Ramsey has very little managerial experience and as of now we have not really seen anything to get excited about on the pitch.

I agree and if we finish top 10,that would be decent season and Ramsey should stay and then we are stronger than this season and platform is stronger. But if we sack Ramsey at some point, then we should consider Ainsworth and it has nothing to do with being sentimental. He should be consired purely because what he has done there past couple of seasons and he can still improve. But let's hope Ramsey stays long term, cause then it means we are doing fine

(done very little) some people are just too sentmental, that's how we've ended up with the DOF we have, He had no previous credentials to be a DOF, (Lacky to I love myself Sherwood) but because he was once a terriffic player for us,he can do no wrong! Ramsey got the job because he's is mate and he gives him a 3 year contract toboot. I'd call that self peservation by our DOF,
Personally I'd like to see the pair of them gone?
who to put in charge? not sure but I'm sure there are better candidates out there, Allydyce for one although not my favourite person but I'm sure we'd be better and he'd have more of a clue than the clown we have in charge now,
Allardyce? You after short term success then? Never plays young players..ever.

Ok, I see what you mean. But my suggestion was just for a few matches before he´s off. I 100 % agrees with you concerning how we now have changed our way of playing. The players need to be brought in to fit the system and not the opposite, thats the way forward for the club.
