So to the ones who aren't happy about Ramsey do you hold les accountable too or do you see what he is trying to achieve?

Or do you think they are both wrong for the club?

What ever happens this year with Ramsey I thin les has done brilliant. He's bringing a identity back to the club and building foundations. Never understood the flack he gets.

I think he's given Ramsey a chance for many reasons and a certain reason that if I say I will probably get pellets for but I think you know what I'm hinting at.

I just think no matter what comes of Ramsey les deserves a lot of credit. Would just like to know if the haters want both out and why that is or if you'd like les in the role but someone in charge like a warnock, mcCarthy type of character who is championship savvy?

All my work colleagues, friends and family who don't follow Rs think we're an absolute joke club. Not the identity I want and, sadly, I can see where they're coming from.

im sure southend would have taken 1.5 mil. the same amount we are paying for smithes. just cannot get my head around it. unless we are trying to sign both which i doubt. seems to be yet another F up.

Fortunately for me I can see that there's a long term plan in place and I hope they're given enough time to implement it.

Wouldn't say the signings are poor at all . The decision to leave it so late to sort out the defence and also playing one up front will cost us And shania to suggest les gets sacked because he has Tottenham connections is quite frankly ridiculous .

Think you have to re-read my post. It was not my opinion but an ironic take on what some other posters on here could blame poor Sir Les for. IMO, I think he has done a fairly good job on a strict budget so far.

Les is accountable. In his defense, there's clearly a mandate to save money and run the club on a budget. With that said, surely we could have better than Ramsey. Un fortunately Les will tied to appointing him after Harry and then giving a 3 year contract. That decision may bury him.
