We won't get rid of him as there is a lot of pressure from the F.A. and media and lot of background people that black managers aren't getting a fair chance and being scrape goated for doing poor and the ones that are looking for a manager ain't being considered manager jobs. Which is a very fair point. But this ain't about race, this is down to fact he is clueless, but it's gonna look bad on us if we sack him any time soon without giving him more than a fair amount of time as a manager.
