Fer will be a loan, hopefully a decent price again.

Personally would have sold Fer and used those funds and held onto Austin as long as possible. Our midfield is relatively good IMO...

Surely if you were Leroy Fer and Sunderland came in for you for a season in the Prem, you would go? - I would. He played well last season and deserves to play in the Prem, not the championship.

The board must fancy our chances of going back up this season and getting Fer and Caulker back for next season?

Think it's more a case of we want him off the wage bill rather than him wanting to go............ I mean, Sunderland?

Hopefully this loan will free up a bit of cash for a centre back.

Should free up wages for a couple of signings and hopefully get a decent fee for him.

How about QPR deserving some loyalty from their employees ?

1 - His on premier league wages
2 - His a premier league player and Dutch international with aspirations to play in the Euros im sure

You dont get loyalty in football anymore, you should know that. Its un-realistic us keeping him.

Hopefully we get promoted and he ends up back here. Great player.

Anyone who thought he was spending a season playing the likes of Rotherham needs their head checked.
